Construction Process of Sand Production Line
1. Survey site
The production of sand and gravel materials should be near, limited by resources and transportation conditions. Outside the safety scope of mine blasting, the production line should be built near by considering the transportation cost of raw materials and finished products. The object of investigation is mainly the geographic location and available resources of sand field, and the location of production line construction is roughly planned. The transportation distance of the selected site should not exceed 60 km in order to avoid additional transportation costs, and the shallow overburden of the mine, the conformity of physical and chemical indicators, stability, large reserves and convenient transportation are required.
2. Designing sand technological process
Sand making process is designed to be three stages of crushing, i.e. primary crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing.
The granite ore is transported to the unloading platform of the crushing workshop, and the granite with particle size less than 800 mm is transported by the vibrating feeder with sieving device; the granite with particle size less than 150 mm falls directly onto the belt conveyor and enters the primary stacking yard; the material with particle size larger than 150 mm is crushed by jaw crusher, and the crushed material is also transported to the primary stacking yard. After pre-screening by vibrating screen, materials less than 31.5mm are screened out directly, and materials with particle size larger than 31.5mm are crushed into impact crusher. After crushing and screening, materials with particle size larger than 31.5mm are further crushed into impact crusher. After crushing, materials with particle size larger than 31.5mm are screened into three layers of circular vibrating screen, which are divided into three specifications: 0-5mm, 5-13mm and 13-31.5mm. 3. Storage of finished products
Three kinds of granite aggregates with different grain sizes are transported into three 2500 t round storehouses by belt after being qualified by crushing and screening.

The advantage of lattice ball mill is that it can discharge ore quickly, reduce the overcrushing of crushed stone, and increase the output per unit volume, which is higher than that of overflow ball mill. Its disadvantage is that its structure is complex, it is easy to block the lattice board when discharging ore, and its overhaul is difficult and complex, and its operation rate is relatively low.
The overflow ball mill has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. Because the discharging pipe has reverse threads, large ore and steel balls are not easily discharged from the mill. The disadvantage is that the production capacity per unit volume is low and it is easy to produce over-comminution.
